As the sole designer for this project, I was responsible for: designing the new page from scratch, creating custom visuals and illustrations, developing the page in Webflow, and implementing animations and transitions. I delivered a fully functional page ready for deployment.

The Challenge

Bank representatives and insurance agents were using outdated interfaces that required extensive training. High error rates in transaction processing and poor user trust due to confusing security flows.

The Solution

Redesigned the entire user journey with focus on trust and clarity. Implemented step-by-step wizards for complex processes, clear security indicators, and contextual help. Created a design system for consistency across banking and insurance modules.

Visual Design

The goal of this project was to completely redesign and expand an existing landing page. The page was aimed at insurance holders and claimers and it's goal was to able to instantly claim status visibility so that one can prioritise which sites to visit first.
